Wicker Patio Furniture Bistro SetHere is how it works. We post the available "spin the wheel" prizes. There are only so many slots allowed for each prize. It may be 10, 15, 20, 30, 40, 50 or 100 slots. We have added a few new things this year. Every wheel will have a "fur buddy" slot if the wheel lands on that slot all proceeds go to the rescue!! You may also purchase a slot and donate the slot back if the wheel lands on you name.. Please just notify us within 24 hours of winning so we do not send out the prize. Donating back means ALL proceeds from the wheel go straight to giving the fur buddies a great life! Once the slots are all taken for a prize it closes and we will do a live spin on our Raffle Spin The Wheel with 2nd Chance 4 Life Rescue Facebook page :) Spins happen at 9pm the night a wheel fills LIVE on our Raffle Spin the Wheel with 2nd Chance facebook page (unless there would be an emergency at the ranch). Due to PA gaming rules, we must state a date that all games would close by so for that reason we say all games listed will close within 1 year of them being posted or before if the wheel fills before then (we have never had a wheel take a year LOL). If the wheel fills we will post the filled wheel and let everyone know it is full. We will update on this site the winner of each prize so even if you do not have Facebook you will know if you have won. We will contact you within 24 hours to tell you you have won. It is important that you put your phone number and address on your PayPal payment. Items will be shipped directly to your home unless stated otherwise on this site. Your PayPal receipt is your "ticket" however we keep a running sheet of players and slots.
