2nd Chance 4 Life Rescue will not adopt out any dog before altering. Our process starts with an adoption application which will immediately be forwarded to the foster of the dog being requested. The foster/volunteer will start making reference and vet calls. When all the references are checked the foster will offer a visit to the potential adopter to meet the foster dog and then a home visit will be scheduled. Our adoption choices are not made due to the order an application is submitted. Our goal will always be to find the "best" choice for the foster dog not the "first".
